Our function is to provide strategic planning, training and consulting for credit unions and other financial institutions nationwide. Our company also produces Lenders Tax Analyzer™ software, the simple and powerful product used by thousands of loan officers to help them understand borrowers’ tax returns.
We have worked with banks, credit unions, credit union leagues and bank trade associations in nearly every state of the union to provide training in a wide variety of areas from lending to customer and member service.
We have also helped credit unions change their charters to diversify their fields of membership.
T.E.A.M. Resources was originally organized in 1996 as a subsidiary of Cotton, Parker, Johnson and Company, CPAs (now Clifton Gunderson), the third largest auditor of credit unions in the United States. Tim Harrington was a founding shareholder and President of T.E.A.M. Resources at its inception and remains the President and sole shareholder today.
