We also produce the Lenders Tax Analyzer© software, a simple and powerful tool used by thousands of loan officers to help them understand borrowers' tax returns.

Tim Harrington has been working with banks and credit unions since 1988. Team Resources helps financial institutions move forward with greater confidence, profitability and greater integrity and to serve their market or field of membership better.

Team Resources was originally organized in 1996 as a subsidiary of Cotton, Parker, Johnson and Company, CPAs (now CliftonLarsonAllen), the third largest auditor of credit unions in the United States. Tim Harrington was a founding shareholder and President of Team Resources and remains the President and sole shareholder today.
