Additional Planning Services
Board Self-Evaluation and Report
Information is collected from a self evaluation of the board of directors. This allows not only the planning session facilitator but also the Board of Directors to gather information on how the Board of Directors works as a team to guide the CU. This quantified process may shed light on problem areas or clarify roles in the broader leadership picture. Information gathered from this survey is kept in strict confidentiality while the reports reveal areas of strength and weakness on the team with diplomacy.
CEO Evaluation and Report
Not unlike the Board Self-Evaluation the CEO Evaluation quantifies how satisfied the board of Directors is with the CEO. This evaluation and report illumines responsibility and accountability areas of the credit unions leadership in such a way that the spirit of community is present and supportive.
Staff Survey and Report
Going through this survey gives the Board of Directors an idea of the day to day functions or dysfunctions in the credit union and answers some questions about staff/leadership relations that may otherwise remain below the radar. Prior to the leadership team creating a plan for the next year, or multiple years, check in with your staff and find out where their energy levels and areas of inspiration are.
Market Advantage Assessment
This assessment is unique from our others in that the CU will find out from participants things about physical space, technology offerings, marketing strategies and interpersonal relationship issues between staff and management in addition to other topics. This assessment asks participants to share their opinion as to whether an element is a “market advantage” or “market disadvantage”.
Analysis of Marketplace Competition
We will create an analysis on the marketplace competition in your geographical area as compared to other credit unions and banks. This easy to understand report relates certain key information to help you gauge your place in your community.
Quarterly Follow-up Package
TEAM Resources will provide quarterly follow-up phone conferences to support the completion of the Action Plan document, and we will assist in the monitoring of the Action Plans, and report to management or the Board of Directors on the status of the Action Plans. We will also make recommendations on how to refine the Goals and Objectives throughout the period for greatest success.
Planning Plus
Begin your planning session with an education session on a variety of areas that can be very useful for volunteers, management and staff.
